"Why is finding a caregiver in Lebanon still so difficult when families need help the most?"

Why is finding a caregiver in Lebanon still a phone and pray situation? Someone needed to build the infrastructure to fix it.” I’ve spent years in e-commerce learning how platforms succeed or fail, and what it takes to build something people actually trust with serious decisions. When this idea came up, I didn’t ask whether it was possible. I asked how it should work. I built the verification system, the search infrastructure, and the profile architecture. But the part I’m proudest of isn’t the technology. It’s the caregivers who finally have a professional home that reflects what they’re worth.

MY VISION

Every qualified caregiver should have a platform that reflects their value, and every family should be able to find care with confidence.

My background in marketing taught me that real trust isn’t built through campaigns. It’s built through showing up consistently for people when it actually matters. When Jason and I started talking seriously about this, I wasn’t thinking about funnels. I was thinking about the daughter in Beirut who’d spent three weeks trying to find someone she could trust with her father. I lead everything that makes CareXpert feel like a community, the partnerships, the content, the voice of the platform. My job is to make sure people feel the difference, not just see it.
